Perch helps a developer returning to AI-agent work decide what needs attention first. Agent-Triage is the open-source engine behind that work.
It collects agent activity and uses deterministic rules to flag potentially risky actions. An optional language-model layer adds summaries and advisory concerns without overriding the rule-based findings.
I built the engine around local event storage and session triage, so a developer can review what happened before deciding what to do next.
